Terms of Service

Effective date: 10 August 2026

These Terms govern access to and use of Aquila Marketing OS, a private internal application operated by Aquila. By using the application, you confirm that you are authorized by Aquila and agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and accounts

The application is limited to Aquila owners, employees, and authorized contractors. Access is personal, role-based, and may not be shared. You must protect your credentials, use available security controls, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

2. Purpose of the service

The service connects authorized advertising and business-data sources, displays permitted campaign information, and supports controlled internal marketing operations. Available capabilities depend on provider approval, account permissions, application configuration, and the user's assigned role.

3. Google Ads authorization

Google Ads access is provided through Google's OAuth flow. You may authorize only accounts you are entitled to access. Your use of Google services remains subject to Google's applicable terms and policies. You may revoke the application's access through your Google Account permissions.

4. Acceptable use

You must use the service only for lawful Aquila business purposes and in compliance with advertising-platform policies. You must not attempt to bypass approvals, budget limits, role restrictions, audit logging, provider quotas, technical safeguards, or account permissions; extract credentials; introduce malicious content; interfere with the service; or access another organization or brand without authorization.

5. Campaign changes and approvals

You remain responsible for reviewing campaign proposals, budgets, targeting implications, advertising content, and policy compliance. An approval authorizes the application to attempt the described action but does not guarantee provider acceptance, campaign performance, availability, or business results. Material changes may require an independent approver.

6. Data and privacy

Information is processed as described in the Privacy Policy. You must not upload or connect data that Aquila is not authorized to process. The application does not grant ownership of Google or third-party data and services.

7. Availability and changes

The service may be updated, limited, suspended, or discontinued for maintenance, security, compliance, provider-policy, or business reasons. Features may be unavailable when a provider token expires, authorization is revoked, quotas are exceeded, or an external service is unavailable.

8. Suspension and termination

Aquila may suspend or terminate access when authorization ends, employment or contractor status changes, these Terms are violated, or continued access creates security, legal, or operational risk. On termination, active sessions and provider access may be revoked and data will be handled according to the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided for internal operational use without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free availability. Users must verify material advertising decisions. Aquila is not responsible for third-party platform outages, policy decisions, account suspensions, or changes made outside the application.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as the service or applicable requirements change. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Questions may be sent to kapiro@ukr.net.
